If you were involved in a accident with damages or injury you may receive a letter from the state requiring you to take a 4 hour TCAC course. We offer this course in class and online. The completion certificate needs to be returned to your local DMV.

Manditory Traffic School Offenses

It is now manditory in Florida to take a 4 hour traffic scho0l course for Running a Red Light, Passing a Stopped School Bus, Racing on a Highway and Reckless Driving. If you are elgible to elect DO SO. By doing so you will get the points removed AND it will take care of the manditory required course. If you are not elgible to elect traffic school or you have a CDL you will receive a letter from the state telling you that you MUST attend a course. When finished with the course whether you take it online or in class take the completion certificate to your local DMV.
